Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how Indra Dhar Consultancy (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles cancellations, refunds, and transfers for purchases made through https://indradhar.com/ (“Website”) and related platforms. By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to this Policy, in addition to our Terms & Conditions.
According to IPR Online, this refund policy is governed by Indian laws such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and other relevant consumer protection and commercial laws, and all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to the following offerings (collectively, “Services”):
- Business coaching
- Business consulting and custom consulting projects
- 1:1 coaching
- Group coaching and cohort-based programs
- Online courses (live and pre-recorded)
- Workshops and webinars (live or recorded)
- Memberships and community programs
- Digital downloads (templates, workbooks, recordings, etc.)
- Software and ERP solutions
For some Services, a specific refund or cancellation condition may be mentioned on the sales/registration page, order form, proposal, or agreement. In case of any conflict, those specific terms will prevail for that particular Service.
- General Principles
- All refund and cancellation requests must be made in writing only via email or a designated form.
- You must submit your request using the contact details provided in Section 9.
- We may ask for supporting details before processing a request, including a payment receipt and a brief explanation.
- Certain Services may be clearly marked as “No Refund,” or may have a special refund window (7–14 days); please carefully read the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
- No-Refund Services
Some offerings are strictly non-refundable once payment is made. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Time-bound live events where a “No Refund” condition is clearly stated
- Certain digital downloads or content where “No Refund” is clearly specified
- Specific custom consulting or project-based engagements where contracts define no-refund terms
- Software/ERP solutions, once license keys, access credentials, or implementation work have commenced, where “No Refund” is mentioned.
Where a Service is labelled or communicated as “No Refund”, no refund will be processed under any circumstances, except where required by applicable Indian law or explicitly agreed in writing.
- Refundable Services with 7–14 Day Window
For selected Services, we may offer a 7–14 day refund window, which will be clearly mentioned on the respective sales page, order form, or agreement. Examples may include:
- Certain online courses
- Some group coaching or memberships
- Selected programs or bundles
4.1 Eligibility
Where explicitly specified as refundable:
- You may request a refund within 7–14 days of purchase (the exact number of days will be clearly stated for each Service).
- Unless otherwise stated, refund eligibility is based on the purchase date, regardless of whether you have accessed or used the content.
- You must provide:
- Payment receipt or proof of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Completion of a short feedback form, if requested
4.2 “No Questions Asked” Refunds (Where Specified)
For some offers, we may provide a “no questions asked” refund within the specified 7–14 day period. Where this is clearly stated:
- You will not be required to justify the reason in detail, though we may still invite feedback to improve our services.
- All other conditions (time window, proof of payment, written request, etc.) must still be met.
- Live Workshops, Webinars, and Events
Unless otherwise specified on the event page:
- If an event is marked “No Refund”, then no refunds will be issued for any reason (including non-attendance).
- If a separate refund/cancellation condition is provided for a particular event (such as a 7–14-day window before the start date), that condition will apply.
- In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer:
- Access to a recording (if available), or
- Transfer to a future batch/event, as described in Section 8.
- Coaching, Consulting, and Custom Services
For 1:1 coaching, group coaching, business consulting, and custom projects:
- Refund terms will be defined either:
- On the sales/registration page, or
- In a separate proposal or service agreement.
- Where a “No Refund” clause is agreed, signed, and signed/accepted, it will apply.
- For engagements that allow refunds or partial refunds, the applicable time window (e.g., 7–14 days from purchase) and conditions will be clearly mentioned in the offer or agreement.
- Where part of the Service has already been delivered, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis, taking into account:
- Sessions already conducted
- Work already completed
- Resources or access already provided
No refunds are issued solely because the client did not implement the guidance or did not achieve a particular outcome or result, as individual results depend on multiple external factors.
- Digital Products, Courses, Memberships, Software & ERP
7.1 Digital Downloads and Pre-recorded Content
- If a digital product is explicitly marked as non-refundable, no refund will be issued after purchase.
- For products with a 7–14 day refund, you must submit your request within the specified period, subject to the conditions in Section 4.
7.2 Online Courses and Memberships
- For courses and memberships with a stated refund window, you may request a refund within that period, regardless of usage, unless otherwise specified.
- Access to course content and membership benefits will be revoked once a refund is processed.
7.3 Software and ERP Solutions
- Once access credentials, license keys, or implementation work have begun, refunds are generally not provided unless explicitly stated.
- Where any trial period, satisfaction guarantee, or limited refund option is offered, the exact conditions will be specified in the product/service documentation.
- Partial Refunds and Transfers
- Partial Refunds
- In some situations (e.g., partially used coaching packages or partially delivered consulting projects), we may offer partial refunds at our sole discretion.
- Any partial refund will take into account the value of the Services already delivered, administrative effort, and any explicit terms agreed at the time of purchase.
- Transfer of Enrollment
- Instead of a refund, we may allow you to transfer your enrollment to:
- A future cohort or batch, or
- Another eligible person, subject to our approval and any additional conditions we may specify.
- Transfer options (if available) will be communicated for specific programs or on a case-by-case basis.
- How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing only via email or an official form (if provided).

- Full name
- Email used for purchase
- Payment receipt or transaction details
- Name of the product/service purchased

We may ask you to complete a short feedback form to understand your experience and improve our offerings.

- Please allow 7–10 business days from the date of approval for the refund to be processed. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any payment gateway charges, bank fees, or currency conversion differences (if any) are typically non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount, where applicable.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- Chargebacks and Disputes
We request that you contact us first at support@indradhar.com to resolve any billing, refund, or service quality concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider.
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may delay resolution and can be considered a violation of this Policy and our Terms & Conditions.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update or revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, or legal requirements.
- The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest changes were made.
- Your continued purchase or use of our Services after such changes become effective will constitute your acceptance of the updated Policy.
